Enrolment, Fees, and Payment Terms

1.1 Course Offerings and Fees

1.2 Registration Fee

A registration fee of R800.00 (Eight Hundred Rand) is payable upon registration for all courses. This fee is separate from and payable in addition to the course fee.

A non-refundable deposit of R60.00 is required at the time of registration to secure a place in the selected course.
The deposit is not a registration fee and does not form part of the registration fee.
The deposit shall be credited toward the total course fee.

1.3 Course Materials / Books

Students are required to purchase the prescribed course materials, with costs varying by course as per the table above.
Payment for books can be made at the time of registration or directly into the institution’s bank account, and is non-refundable.
Possession of the required materials is mandatory for full participation in the course.

1.4 Payment of Course Fees

After payment of the deposit, the remaining balance of the course fee shall be paid in monthly instalments of not less than R800.00 per month, until the full course fee has been settled.
The minimum monthly payment of R800 applies across all courses regardless of total duration or fee.

1.5 All payments shall be made directly into the institution’s designated bank account:

The institution shall not be held liable for any payments made into personal or staff member bank accounts, nor for any payments made without an official NW Avuxeni Computer Academy receipt. Only payments reflected in the institution’s official bank account or supported by an official receipt shall be recognised as valid.

1.6 Commencement of Training

Training shall commence only once the deposit, registration fee, and any applicable course material fees have been paid in full and all enrolment requirements have been met.
The institution reserves the right to withhold access to training until such conditions are satisfied.

1.7 Late or Non-Payment

Failure to make any payment on or before the due date may result in the suspension or termination of access to course materials, training sessions, assessments, or related services, without prejudice to the institution’s right to recover outstanding amounts.

1.8 Refunds and Cancellations

The deposit, registration fee, and course materials fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Withdrawal from the course does not release the student from liability for any outstanding fees incurred up to the date of withdrawal.

1.9 Amendments

The institution reserves the right to amend fees, course materials costs, and payment terms upon reasonable notice. Any amendment shall not affect fees already paid.

1.10 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Why Online and Branch Prices Are Different at NW Avuxeni Computer Academy

At NW Avuxeni Computer Academy, the cost of online courses and branch (in-campus) courses is not the same because each learning method involves different resources, operations, and support systems.
