Instructions (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Open Microsoft Excel and create a blank workbook.
Step 2: Type Avuxeni General Dealer in cell A1.
Step 3: Select A1:F2 → Click Merge & Center.
Step 4: Create headings: Items, Quantity, Unit Price, Total Price, Amount Tendered, Change.
Step 5: Calculate missing Unit Prices:
Eggs = 74.99 ÷ 5
Fanta = 14.99 ÷ 22
➗ Step 6: Total Price formula:
=B5*C5 and copy down.
➖ Step 7: Change formula:
=E5-D5 and copy down.
➕ Step 8: Add 6 more items (include Eggs & Fanta again).
Step 9: Create a 3-D Pie Chart using Items + Total Price.
Step 10: Move chart to new sheet and rename it AGD Chart.
Step 11: Count Eggs using:
=COUNTIF(A:A,"Eggs")
Step 12: Count Fanta using:
=COUNTIF(A:A,"Fanta")
Step 13: Save file as Tender and choose Excel Template (*.xltx).

✔ Eggs Unit Price = Total ÷ Quantity
✔ Fanta Unit Price = Total ÷ Quantity
✔ Total Price = Quantity × Unit Price
✔ Change = Amount Tendered − Total Price
