Computer & ICT Office Skills	Basic computer skills, core computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), keyboard skills, managing files/folders, GUI environment tasks.
ICT Office Plus / Office Administration	More advanced ICT skills including databases, MS Publisher, telephone / CV / interview / business documents, office administration tasks.
ICT Office Professional	Advanced modules, including MS Project, more complex software (e.g. QuickBooks), professional computing tasks.
National End User Computing	Their top-level course, covering broad modules that include the content of many of the other courses. Essentially the full package for end-user computing.
